Ayat seribu dinar ialah ayat yang dibaca agar dimurahkan rezeki. Ayat seribu dinar dalam surah at-Talaq ayat 2 dan 3.
Hakikatnya, setiap ayat al-Quran mempunyai kelebihan yang tertentu. Apa yang perlu dihayati ialah konsep taqwa dan tawakkal yang terdapat di dalam ayat yang membawa pengertian mendalam dan perlu diamal serta dihayati bersama.
Kelebihan Ayat Seribu Dinar
Ayat ini tidaklah menjanjikan ganjaran seribu dinar, yang perlu difahami dari ayat ini adalah amalan yang disertai taqwa dan tawakkal melebihi ganjarannya daripada nilai seribu dinar yang hanya bernilai di dunia sahaja tapi tiada nilainya di akhirat sana.
Maksud Ayat Seribu Dinar
Firman Allah SWT:
وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّـهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ﴿٢﴾ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللَّـهِ فَهُوَ حَسْبُهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ بَالِغُ أَمْرِهِ ۚ قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّـهُ لِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدْرًا
WAMAN YATTA QILLAHA YAJ’AL LAHU MAKHROJA.
WA YARZUQUHU MIN HAITHU LA YAHTASIBU WA MAN YATAWAKAL ‘ALALLAHI FAHUWA HASBUHU INNALLAHA BAALIGHU AMRIHI QAD JA’ALALLAHU LIKULLI SYAI IN QADRAN.

Maksudnya: “Dan sesiapa yang bertaqwa kepada Allah (dengan mengerjakan suruhanNya dan meninggalkan laranganNya), nescaya Allah akan mengadakan baginya jalan keluar (dari segala perkara yang menyusahkannya), Serta memberinya rezeki dari jalan yang tidak terlintas di hatinya.
Dan (Ingatlah), sesiapa berserah diri bulat-bulat kepada Allah, maka Allah cukuplah baginya (untuk menolong dan menyelamatkannya). Sesungguhnya Allah tetap melakukan segala perkara yang dikehendakiNya. Allah telahpun menentukan kadar dan masa bagi berlakunya tiap-tiap sesuatu.
(Surah Al-Talaq : 2-3)
